First – (1) Warm up your pulled pork as it will be easier to work with. (2) Lay out the bowl-shaped corn chips on a baking sheet. (3) Add in enough pork but not fill it all the way as you need to save some room for the BBQ sauce and cheese. (4) Add in your choice of BBQ sauce. (5) Generously cover the chips with Mexican shredded cheese as this will help hold everything together.

Plan-Ahead Tip: If you’re preparing these in advance, hold off on adding the cheese. The pulled pork takes longer to heat through, so warm the pork first, then add the cheese and return to the oven until melted.
